Support segment-level and 1:1 account marketing programs for Adobe’s strategic enterprise accounts, collaborating across sales and marketing teams.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting mapping of account journeys by persona to identify engagement and communication gaps.
  • Conducting account research to identify target accounts, buying committees, and key decision-makers.
  • Analyzing account-level engagement data to develop or refine account profiles and insights.
  • Partnering with BDRs to create outreach messaging and content aligned with pipeline and opportunity goals.
  • Assisting in developing personalized content, messaging, and light asset creation for target accounts and personas.
  • Supporting planning and execution of field and ABM marketing programs, including roundtables, 1:Few events, and executive engagements.
  • Assisting with pre- and post-event workflows, including BDR alignment, communications, and follow-up sequences.
  • Preparing presentations, reports, and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinating internal communications to Sales, BDRs, and Marketing regarding upcoming programs and initiatives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve operational alignment, workflow clarity, and execution consistency across programs.

About You

What you'll need:

  • Currently enrolled full-time pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (graduation between Dec 2026 – June 2027).
  • Comfort with data interpretation and trend identification.
  • Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience with PowerBI and Adobe Express is a plus.
  • Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly pay range: $25.00 – $30.00, varying by U.S. geographic market.
