Join Reynolds and Reynolds as a Sales Training Intern to develop sales coursework and support experiential learning for the sales force.
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Work with the Sales Training team in a multi-faceted, cross-functional role
- Research and develop coursework, materials, and content to support experiential learning for the Reynolds sales force
- Assist in set-up and maintenance of summer classes
- Manage sales training calendars and databases
- Research industry standards for Sales Training
- Take some sales courses to better understand the Reynolds sales environment
About You
The company is looking for:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Project management abilities, including progress reporting and deadline delivery
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and move around a classroom for up to 4 hours per day
- Willingness to travel up to 10%
