Manage client financial accounts and provide exceptional service in a dynamic, award-winning transportation and logistics company.
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Provide exceptional customer service for financial clients
- Regularly update account information to maintain customer records
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
- Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
- Provide daily funding and handle collections for assigned customers
- Perform risk assessments and ensure procedures minimize risk
- Manage product or service issues, including clarifying, resolving, and following up
- Recommend potential products or services to management by analyzing customer needs
- Answer product and service questions and suggest additional offerings
- Other duties as assigned
About You
The company is looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field preferred; or equivalent relevant experience
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
- Experience in the financial industry a plus
- Bilingual fluency in Russian and English (speaking, reading, and writing) is required
