Risk Services - Governance, Risk & Compliance Mid-Year Internship (May 2026)

Join PwC’s Risk Services team as a Governance, Risk & Compliance Mid-Year Intern to assist in audit testing and gain hands-on experience in a global professional services firm.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) professionals with audit testing and projects including Internal Audit, Pre-IPO Internal Controls, IT General Controls, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), and Grant Certification reviews
• Gaining hands-on experience working on client engagements
• Performing work at client locations in Singapore or alternate arrangements consistent with safe management measures

About You

• Accountancy students from local and overseas universities; non-accounting students with strong interest in governance, risk, and compliance advisory work are also welcome
• Highly motivated, enthusiastic, confident, and creative individuals
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
