Join PwC's Risk Services team as an Environmental, Social & Governance Mid Year Intern to support sustainability initiatives and risk analysis across diverse industries.
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Support a team of Sustainability Services professionals delivering services to clients across various industries including Asset Management, Automotive, Banking & Capital Markets, Communications, Consumer & Industrial Products, Energy, Engineering & Construction, Government & Public Sector, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical & Medical Devices, Real Estate & Hospitality, Retail & Distribution, Technology, and Transportation & Logistic Solutions.
- Decarbonisation and net zero strategy
- Green bonds/sustainability-linked loans assurance
- Sustainability reporting
- ESG strategy and value creation
- Task Force on Climate Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) and climate risk analysis
- Greenhouse gas (GHG) Protocol emissions accounting
- Sustainable Development Goals prioritisation
- Support other teams on a short-term basis when not deployed on sustainability work to meet foundational learning and development objectives.
About You
The company is looking for candidates who:
- Are students in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or Economic Studies from local or overseas universities (preferred but not required)
- Are keen to develop themselves professionally
- Are highly motivated, enthusiastic, confident, and creative
- Have a good record of co-curricular activities
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Are service-oriented and committed to teamwork and excellence
