Risk Management and Insurance Summer Internship offering hands-on experience in client service and risk management at Marsh McLennan Agency.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Rotate through various agency departments, practice groups, and teams to shadow individuals and gain insight into their clients and industry sectors.
• Contribute to processing tasks in a limited capacity, aligned with the specific needs of each team.
• Attend training sessions focused on different departments within Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) and the broader insurance industry.
• Support client service teams by assisting with daily service activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with and take ownership of special projects as assigned.

About You

What you'll need:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, with 1–2 years remaining and a strong academic record.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using standard office equipment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Effective problem-solving skills and clear, precise communication in both written and oral forms.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in sales or client service is preferred.
