Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Support high-impact business initiatives by contributing to meaningful projects aligned with business objectives and client outcomes
  • Coordinate project materials and meetings to ensure seamless information flow across teams
  • Conduct independent research to gather market intelligence, competitive analysis, and supporting documentation
  • Support Risk leadership in implementing risk frameworks, assessing, measuring, monitoring, and reporting risks
  • Facilitate business needs such as data analysis and risk report creation
  • Assist in data collection for market, business, or competitive analyses and manage project plans including timelines and data requirements
  • Work on compliance functions using risk-based Compliance Risk Management methodology
  • Analyze compliance metrics, prepare summary reports, review and update policies and procedures
  • Support document and material reviews for regulatory compliance
  • Gain exposure to key business divisions including Actuarial Services, Asset Management, Corporate Strategy, Financial Analysis, Human Resources, Internal Audit, Law and Policy, Marketing, Product Development, Retirement Solutions, Risk and Compliance, Technology, and Wealth Management

About You

The company is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Areas of focus: finance, economics, data analytics, law, business, regulatory affairs, risk management, and insurance.
  • Expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2028 (December 2026–June 2027 for Compliance roles)
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Skills in accountability, adaptability, business acumen, collaboration, communication, consultative communication, data analysis, influence, market/industry dynamics, problem solving, and relationship management

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base pay range: $22.00/hr - $30.00/hr
