Join Amazon's PXT team as a Rising Leader Intern to work on impactful projects enhancing employee experience in a Fortune 500 company.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Work on high-impact projects influencing how Amazon supports its employees
- Collaborate with People eXperience and Technology (PXT) professionals across human resources, learning and development, and workplace technology solutions
- Engage 100% on-site at an Amazon Fulfillment Network operations building such as a fulfillment center, sort center, or delivery station
- Participate in structured onboarding, training, and development throughout the program
- Receive regular feedback and coaching to accelerate professional growth
- Attend networking events with Amazon leaders and fellow interns
About You
The company is looking for:
- At least 18 years of age
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program with expected graduation between December 2027 and August 2028
- Preferred fields of study: Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Information Technology, or related
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership potential through campus activities, work experience, or community involvement
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Passion for improving employee experiences and workplace solutions
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding payroll, benefits, and employee issues
- Must have work authorization without employer intervention; sponsorship is not available
- Willingness to relocate at time of hire based on placement availability and preferences
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary ranging from $22.84/hr to $47.45/hr depending on geographic market and experience
