Join CACI | Systemware as an RF Engineering Intern in Herndon, VA, contributing to custom RF product development within a collaborative, boutique environment.
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Assist in designing, validating, and supporting manufacturing of custom 10kHz-50GHz RF Receiver/Transmitter/Antenna designs
- Write test scripts using Python, Bash, or Perl
- Provide recommendations on design for manufacturing tests
- Help write procedures for manufacturing tests
- Develop automated manufacturing test setups
- Automate RF calibration techniques and noise floor measurements
- Collaborate with System Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Software Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers/Technicians, and Sales Associates
- Work 100% on-site in Herndon, VA
About You
The company is looking for:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future
- Experience with Python, Bash, or Perl
- Experience with C++ or C#
- Ability to thrive in both collaborative team environments and independent projects
- Excellent communication skills and a respectful attitude fostering a positive work culture
Compensation & Benefits
- Proposed salary range: $55,600 - $111,100
