Adobe seeks a Public Policy Intern to support government relations projects, focusing on federal, state, and international policy advocacy.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Create compelling content around Adobe’s public policy positions and advocacy efforts using Adobe’s tools and office software.
  • Set up and participate in advocacy preparation and public policy development meetings.
  • Coordinate advocacy meetings and logistics with government offices in multiple global markets.
  • Research new public policy areas in tech, including AI, open standards, consumer protection, antitrust, copyright, and encryption.
  • Take on, track, and complete projects from the Legal and Government Relations group as needed.
  • Develop public policy protocols, policies, and standard practices for internal use and training.
  • Work as part of a larger team to expand Adobe’s presence in key markets important to the company and users.
  • Track bills, legislation, regulations, executive orders, and government directives, reporting in an organized and prioritized manner.
  • Use AI tools to enhance personal and team capabilities.

About You

The company is looking for:

  • Currently enrolled full-time pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Law, Public Relations, Communications, Political Science, or related field.
  • Availability for a full-time internship between May and September.
  • Interest in government public policy development and implementation with a passion for global public policy and politics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and willingness to network.
  • Proficiency in computer skills including word processing, research, database creation, and slide preparation.
  • Creativity in project approaches and presentation, including use of AI tools for ideation and strategy.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly pay range in the U.S. is $25.00 to $30.00, varying by geographic market.
  • Hybrid work model with a combination of office and remote work based on team needs.
