Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Leverage proficiency in your technical area to contribute innovative and creative ideas to R&D activities.
  • Apply ideas to realize value and propose concrete follow-up and improvement activities/projects.
  • Collaborate with various teams to support ABB’s operations, ensuring effective coordination and timely project completion within defined timelines.
  • Seek feedback and guidance from manager and team members to improve performance and skills.
  • Document work results such as findings, designs, or software solidly, allowing others to maintain and improve them.

About You

The company is looking for:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master’s degree program in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering in the United States.
  • Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future.
  • Critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions.
  • Ability to effectively organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Capability to manage several tasks at once while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Collaboration skills to convey ideas, share information, and provide updates on project progress.

Compensation

  • Hourly rate between $20 - $34, determined by qualifications, graduation year, and experience.

Training & Development

Gain practical experience through various projects, acquire knowledge by performing directed tasks, and enhance personal education and employment opportunities.
