Join ABB as a Quality Engineering Intern supporting manufacturing transformation and operational excellence onsite in Ormond Beach, Florida.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Supporting manufacturing transformation activities including layout improvements, tool organization, and visual management
  • Collaborating with the operations team to strategically solve problems and support on-time delivery of ABB products manufactured to the highest quality
  • Working with the team to drive a safety culture by identifying improvements to work areas and processes

About You

The company is looking for:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in the United States
  • Reliable transportation to and from the worksite
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future
  • Critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions
  • Ability to effectively organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Capability to manage several tasks at once while maintaining high standards of quality
  • Collaboration skills to convey ideas, share information, and provide updates on project progress

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly rate between $20 - $34, based on qualifications, graduation year, and experience
  • Internships at ABB within the United States are not eligible for company-sponsored medical benefits, 401(k) contributions, or paid time off
