Join Cisco as a Quality Assurance Intern to support product quality and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a leading technology environment.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Uphold the quality and reliability of Cisco products before release
  • Work alongside Hardware, FPGA, Software teams, and QA specialists
  • Test new prototypes and expand test coverage
  • Contribute to a culture of quality and innovation through attention to detail and collaboration

About You

The company is looking for:

  • Upcoming graduate of a technical degree or certification program (Technical Boot Camp, Apprenticeship, Community College, or 4-Year University)
  • AI literacy, Cloud-first approach, Data-driven mindset, Agile familiarity
  • Test automation skills with frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar
  • API testing experience
  • Legal authorization to live and work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
  • Preferred: Shift-left testing perspective involving early design/code review

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range in New York City Metro Area and select states: $44,000 - $185,000
