Summer Intern will gain exposure to wealth management through daily interactions, skill development, marketing and sales support, market research, and client-focused projects.
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Gain industry and organizational knowledge through daily business interactions and job assignments.
- Provide marketing and sales support to branches and their teams.
- Perform market research.
- Gain exposure to wealth management business, products, services, and clients’ financial needs.
About You
The company is looking for:
- High school diploma required; in pursuit of college degree preferable.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Strong desire to gain further understanding of the global wealth management business.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work on a team.
- Internships are intended to be positions for a limited duration, with a maximum duration of ten months.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly salary: $16.50.
- Eligibility for annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
- Participation in relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which may include a discretionary bonus component.
