Join Bank of America's Public Finance Investment Banking group to assist in capital raising, debt analysis, and strategic advisory for governmental and not-for-profit clients.
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Developing and maintaining financial cash flow models using industry-standard software
- Supporting various financial analyses, including bond structuring
- Performing comprehensive client, credit, and pricing research
- Preparing presentation and other materials for client meetings
- Communicating and interacting with underwriting, sales & trading teams to execute transactions related to structuring and marketing
About You
The company is looking for:
- Candidates pursuing a bachelor’s or bachelor’s direct to master’s degree from an accredited college or university, graduating between November 2027 and August 2028
- A minimum GPA of 3.0 is preferred
- A strong interest in finance and the public sector
- Demonstrated academic aptitude, quantitative and organizational skills, strategic and creative thinking, and strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and in a team environment
- Integrity, attention to detail, assertiveness, initiative, leadership, strong work ethic, and team focus
- Interest in working in New York, Dallas, or Chicago (Central Region), Los Angeles or San Francisco (West Region), or Winter Park, Florida (post-graduation); candidates should indicate city preferences when applying
- Ability to travel as needed to client meetings, typically within the region
