L3Harris seeks an Associate Project Manager in Salt Lake City to coordinate project plans, schedules, and documentation supporting defense technology solutions.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating with PMs and Engineers to finalize project plan presentations
- Establishing timelines, deadlines, and scheduling meetings across multiple staff levels
- Organizing, tracking, and maintaining project and program documentation
- Participating in project/program meetings as requested
- Assisting in preparation of materials to support program meetings
- Processing staff expense reports and resolving related issues
- Supporting special projects and tasks within the S&AS Business Area
About You
The company is looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications and skills:
- Pursuing or recently completed (within 12 months) a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Visio, and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex tasks
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Effective time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter attitude with initiative
- Ability to assume increasing responsibility over time
- Ability to learn new tools and processes related to technology and software
