Customer Success Manager (Start ASAP)

Eterna Indonesia, a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company, is looking for a dedicated Project Management Specialist to support our U.S.-based solar energy clients. In this role, you'll coordinate with sales teams and solar company partners to ensure projects run smoothly and clients are satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the project manager for solar energy projects, ensuring the solar process is as smooth as possible.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring all milestones are met and updates are communicated effectively through our apps and tools.
• Manage inquiries and resolve issues between all stakeholders, maintaining high levels of satisfaction and trust.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates are provided to all parties involved, leveraging our technology platforms to enhance communication and project transparency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with all partners and clients, acting as the primary point of contact for our solar project initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Proficient with digital tools such as Google Suite, Office Suite, Zoom, and Discord, and open to learning new technologies as needed.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and relationships effectively.
• Any prior experience with CRM tools and project management software is highly valued.

Preferred Qualifications:

We're looking for someone who is familiar with tools like Salesforce, Netsuite, Docusign, Office 365, and Slack, along with other relevant technologies. It's a bonus if you have experience or interest in AI technologies and machine learning. And if you've got experience in project management, especially in the solar energy or related industries, that would be awesome!
