Assist in project planning and cost management at Worley, a leader in sustainable energy solutions.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the preparation and updating of project planning sections of the PEP and setting up planning software tools.
  • Interpreting project documentation, specifications, and design drawings to compare design quantities to baseline project costs.
  • Assisting in the preparation and updating of project schedules, monitoring man hours, and establishing trends.
  • Participating in the development of the project WBS and CBS, and checking time charges for correct coding.
  • Preparing schedule and project reports, including project cost statements.
  • Assisting in preparation of benchmarking and close-out documentation.
  • Assisting with cost/budget forecasts and preparation of cost trend reports.
  • Coordinating and assembling monthly progress reports.

About You:

The ideal candidate will be:

  • A university student in engineering or business.
  • Possessing a basic understanding of cost engineering, estimating, and planning engineering terms.
  • Effective in analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong in work ethic, producing accurate and credible deliverables.
  • Proficient in Microsoft project tools – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Having working knowledge of scheduling software (Primavera and/or MS Project) and/or cost management software.

Compensation & Benefits:
