Join Worley as a Graduate Project Controls Analyst in Houston, assisting in engineering services and project management.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing routine activities under supervision in the Project Controls department.
  • Developing knowledge through structured assignments like data collection and analysis.
  • Communicating with project teams for status updates and forecasts.
  • Reviewing and validating cost reporting data and forecasts.
  • Managing vendor budgets, invoices, and forecasting.
  • Supporting project change processes and tracking deviations.
  • Reviewing vendor invoices against contract terms.
  • Managing project accounting and financial information.
  • Responding to ad hoc requests and inquiries.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
  • Basic knowledge of applicable theories and practices.
  • 0-2 years of experience in Project Controls within an Engineering and Construction company.
  • Computer proficiency and familiarity with engineering software applications.
  • Basic analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Availability to work a minimum of 3 days per week in the Houston Rogerdale Office.
