L3Harris Technologies seeks a Program Finance Associate in Redmond, WA to manage financials for in-space propulsion projects within a leading aerospace and defense company.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with program teams to manage monthly, quarterly, and multi-year program forecasts and budgets using Earned Value Management (EVM) and budgeting best practices (40%).
- Develop Quarterly Estimate at Completes (EAC), ensuring accuracy of actual and estimated costs with rationale for leadership (20%).
- Produce and deliver financial reporting to government customers and internal stakeholders (20%).
- Analyze monthly cost, revenue, cash, and orders data to support financial forecasts and assess business unit financial health (15%).
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis using Excel, Hyperion, and Essbase (5%).
About You
The company is looking for:
- Pursuing or recently completed (within 12 months) a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and impact program financial success.
- Ability to work with technical and program leads to model program financials and analyze data.
- Clear communication skills and process ownership.
- High attention to detail.
- Preferably beginner knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM).
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range in Washington state: $58,000 - $108,000, dependent on experience and location.
