Amazon Studios seeks dynamic interns to support the US Post Production team, gaining hands-on experience in post-production workflows for Prime Video content.
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Assist with tracking delivery requirements and deadlines
- Help maintain and update team and project databases and status reports
- Learn industry-standard software and workflows
- Collaborate with various internal departments and external vendors
- Support the US Post Production team of Executives and Coordinators
- Gain exposure to pre-greenlight and pre-production phases, including budgeting and scheduling
- Experience editorial and finishing processes, from creative notes to picture and audio finishing
- Work with traditional post-production workflows and emerging technologies such as cloud-based workflows and AI integration
About You
The company is looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:
- Commit to working 40 hours per week and a minimum 12-week internship
- Expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2028
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree or above in Film and Television Production, Digital Media, Multimedia Arts, Audio Engineering, Visual Arts, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, or related fields
- Preferred: prior experience in scripted, unscripted, or film production (e.g., Production Assistant, student film projects, leadership in student productions or campus organizations)
- Preferred: experience or knowledge in organizational and process management tools
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay ranges from $40,529/year to $49,535/year depending on geographic market
- Compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience
