Product Security Engineer Intern (May 2026)

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Participate in security reviews and vulnerability assessments under senior security engineer guidance.
• Learn and apply secure by default concepts and appropriate security controls to software.
• Write code following established programming guidelines, participate in code reviews, and implement feedback.
• Contribute to scripting for automating security tasks and improving processes.
• Collaborate effectively within a fast-paced team with clear, positive, and constructive communication.
• Demonstrate willingness to learn, ask questions, and seek feedback from peers and mentors.
• Uphold company values and contribute positively to team culture.
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed based on specific role or team.

About You

The company is looking for:

• Currently enrolled full-time pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Cyber Security, or equivalent, with expected graduation between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Availability for a full-time internship between May and September.
• Familiarity with foundational security controls such as OWASP Top 10.
• Demonstrable programming experience in Python, Java, C++, or similar languages.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay range of $38.00 to $51.00, varying by U.S. geographic market.
