7-Eleven offers a summer internship focused on product management, involving customer experience, store systems, and agile development.
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Assist with developing customer experience and customer journey.
- Lead discovery and design solution for Store Systems based feature.
- Engage stakeholders, partner with product team, identify problem statements, develop user stories, and determine KPIs.
- Assist delivery product manager and external partners in agile product development lifecycle, incorporating store operations, accounting, and merchandising perspectives.
- Resolve issues from testing and implementation.
- Develop features that simplify existing store processes.

Training & Development
- Work closely with a coach who provides regular feedback and direction.
- Attend a lunch series offering cross-functional organizational insights and exposure to senior leadership.
- Experience touring a store and learning about distribution systems.
