Join Intuit as a Product Manager Intern to lead cross-functional teams and deliver innovative products that empower prosperity worldwide.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, UX researchers, data analysts, data scientists, marketers, and/or customer success to create new products and features
  • Becoming an expert on the customer by gathering qualitative and quantitative data to build empathy and uncover actionable insights
  • Gathering requirements, defining experiences and use cases, developing data-backed learning plans, leading product planning, and creating the product roadmap
  • Shipping product and feature improvements using rapid tests and experimentation in a fast-paced environment
  • Applying innovative and new technologies to improve customer experiences across Intuit’s product ecosystem

About You

The company is looking for:

  • Current student enrolled in a U.S.-based, degree-seeking program (bachelor's, master’s/MBA, or PhD) with expected graduation date of December 2026 or later
  • Relevant fields include Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related to Product Management
  • Demonstrated experience designing, building, or implementing solutions leveraging Machine Learning, AI, or automation technology
  • Innovative thinker with a passion for problem-solving and ability to provide a logical framework to support conclusions and ideas
  • Accountability for outcomes and ability to drive tasks to completion with decisive prioritization
  • Leadership skills, teamwork, and collaboration capabilities; ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams while building strong relationships
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate impact and rally teams behind a common goal
  • Ability to adapt based on changes or new learnings

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive compensation package with strong pay-for-performance rewards
  • Expected base pay range: $45.67 - $70.37 per hour
  • Pay based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location
  • Regular pay equity comparisons across ethnicity and gender
