Join Adobe’s Community product team as a part-time Student Athlete Micro-Intern to enhance online creator engagement and product features.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Research and analyze community engagement patterns to identify opportunities for personalization and retention.
  • Assist in designing and validating new community features.
  • Study leading community platforms to summarize guidelines for creator engagement.
  • Monitor participation volume, repeat usage, and engagement depth; build dashboards for leadership reporting.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and community operations teams to implement ideas.

About You

The company is looking for:

  • Student-athlete currently enrolled in a school-sanctioned sport at a U.S.-based accredited college or university with a target graduation date between December 2026 and August 2027.
  • Availability for a part-time internship (25 hours/week) from May 26 to July 27, 2026, in San Jose, California.
  • Strong interest in product management, digital communities, and user engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working in cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with online platforms, social media, or community ecosystems is a plus.
  • Bonus: Experience with basic UX research and data visualization tools.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly pay range: $38.00 – $51.00, varying by U.S. geographic market.

Training & Development

  • Mentorship by top talents in the field during the internship.
