Join Mastercard as a Product Management Intern to develop scalable, customer-centric products and gain hands-on experience in a global payments leader.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with your team to manage tasks across the product life cycle
- Assist in establishing and monitoring progress against key milestones in development and implementation
- Work with various product lines and technologies
- Engage with business and engineering teams to track progress and identify dependencies and risks
- Contribute to inspiring product visions based on market, customer needs, and evolving technology trends
- Identify and measure product and business metrics to increase adoption and understand customer needs
- Conduct iterative experiments to prioritize key features for product releases and roadmap
- Manage strategic initiatives projects
About You
The company is looking for:
- Undergraduate degree with expected graduation between December 2026 and July 2027
- Outstanding academic achievement
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
- High energy level; flexible, adaptive, and strong collaborator
- Well planned, organized, and structured to manage time and work effectively
- Eligibility to work in the United States without employer sponsorship (F1 visa holders with CPT or OPT are not eligible)
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly wage of $28
- 56 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time for interns
