Product Management Summer Intern (Jun 2026)

Join Mastercard as a Product Management Intern to develop scalable, customer-centric products and gain hands-on experience in a global payments leader.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Partner with your team to manage tasks across the product life cycle
• Assist in establishing and monitoring progress against key milestones in development and implementation
• Work with various product lines and technologies
• Engage with business and engineering teams to track progress and identify dependencies and risks
• Contribute to inspiring product visions based on market, customer needs, and evolving technology trends
• Identify and measure product and business metrics to increase adoption and understand customer needs
• Conduct iterative experiments to prioritize key features for product releases and roadmap
• Manage strategic initiatives projects

About You

The company is looking for:

• Undergraduate degree with expected graduation between December 2026 and July 2027
• Outstanding academic achievement
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
• High energy level; flexible, adaptive, and strong collaborator
• Well planned, organized, and structured to manage time and work effectively
• Eligibility to work in the United States without employer sponsorship (F1 visa holders with CPT or OPT are not eligible)

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly wage of $28
• 56 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time for interns
