Product Management Intern - Technical (Start ASAP)

Join Mastercard as an Associate Product Specialist Intern to develop scalable, customer-centric products and gain hands-on experience in a global technology company.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Partnering with your team to manage tasks across the product life cycle
• Assisting in establishing and monitoring progress against key milestones in development and implementation
• Working with various product lines and technologies
• Engaging with business and engineering teams to track progress and identify dependencies and risks
• Contributing to inspiring product visions derived from market and customer needs, and evolving technology trends
• Identifying and measuring product and business metrics to increase adoption and understand customers’ ongoing needs
• Conducting iterative experiments to identify and prioritize key features for product releases and roadmap
• Project management of strategic initiatives

About You

The company is looking for:

• Undergraduate with a target graduation date between December 2025 and August 2026
• Outstanding record of academic achievement
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint)
• High energy level; flexible, adaptive, and strong collaborator
• Well planned, organized, and structured to manage time and work effectively
• Eligibility to work in the United States without employer sponsorship (F1 visa holders with CPT or OPT authorization are not eligible)

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $32/hour (New York)
• Competitive base salary with potential annual bonus or commissions depending on role
