Join Mastercard as an Associate Product Specialist Intern to develop scalable, customer-centric products and gain hands-on experience in a global technology company.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with your team to manage tasks across the product life cycle
- Assisting in establishing and monitoring progress against key milestones in development and implementation
- Working with various product lines and technologies
- Engaging with business and engineering teams to track progress and identify dependencies and risks
- Contributing to inspiring product visions derived from market and customer needs, and evolving technology trends
- Identifying and measuring product and business metrics to increase adoption and understand customers’ ongoing needs
- Conducting iterative experiments to identify and prioritize key features for product releases and roadmap
- Project management of strategic initiatives
About You
The company is looking for:
- Undergraduate with a target graduation date between December 2025 and August 2026
- Outstanding record of academic achievement
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint)
- High energy level; flexible, adaptive, and strong collaborator
- Well planned, organized, and structured to manage time and work effectively
- Eligibility to work in the United States without employer sponsorship (F1 visa holders with CPT or OPT authorization are not eligible)
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $32/hour (New York)
- Competitive base salary with potential annual bonus or commissions depending on role
