Your role
Interns will have the opportunity to collaborate on projects that will support the team in reaching established goals and objectives directly relating to the success of the business.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Gain an understanding of the product development process by working with internal cross-function teams (R&D, Product Marketing, Global Supply Chain, etc.) and third-party manufacturers
- Learn how to visually present product concepts
- Learn how to evaluate textures and how to communicate product aesthetic
- Track and evaluate all new competitive skincare products
- Track key trends and participate in brainstorming concepts around new techniques
- Create trend report for seasonable skincare trends to incorporate into future formulas/programs
- Assist in preparing competitive formula evaluation charts to help showcase white space opportunities for the brand
- Assist with preparing samples for evaluations and creative requests
About you
Qualifications:
- To be eligible for this summer internship opportunity you must have completed your Junior year by the program start (June 2025) and be on track to graduate in May 2026

Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $20.00 per hour- $30.00 per hour. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to the base salary, this position is eligible for a one-time stipend payment of $3500-$4000.
