Your role

What you'll do:

The ideal candidate will support the operations of the Contract Management platform within BCG supporting the firm’s Legal functions. Working in an Agile squad environment, the candidate will be a hands-on contributor to all aspects of the delivery cycle. The candidate will work closely with other groups in enabling new functionality, assisting with platform configurations, helping to define sprints, and partnering with members of the functional team and the product owner to define requirements.

The candidate will be focused but not limited to:

  • Assist in completing tasks to implement, enhance and monitor the health of the contract management systems (Icertis and ClientView Contracting).
  • Assist with the creation and implementation of comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality of applications before deployment.
  • Assist with building change management and training plans for any new system implementations, and provide post-implementation support for users.
  • Work with Legal and risk stakeholders to document and test enhancements to existing systems.
  • Create and maintain the knowledge articles for Level 1 support by the Service Center.
  • Work collaboratively with the team in supporting the current application environment.

About You

You bring (Experience & Qualifications):

  • Must be an undergraduate student currently enrolled in Northeastern University and approved by the university to participate in the January to June 2024 co-op cycle.
  • Bachelor of Arts or Science degree, or equivalent, in a related field.
  • Proven ability to understand and capture business requirements and implement those requirements in a product.
  • Testing and quality assurance experience preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of working with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio preferred.
  • Proficiency in speaking, writing, reading, and presenting in English is required.
