Procurement Supply Chain Intern (Jun 2026)

10x Genomics seeks a Procurement Supply Chain Intern to support procurement data management and process improvement in a global supply chain setting.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Use Excel or data programming tools to simplify routine tasks and improve procurement team productivity.
• Create clear, step-by-step instructions for Oracle workflow processes to standardize operations.
• Assist in building and updating dashboards that visualize procurement performance and project milestones.
• Support ongoing system enhancement projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with Procurement, IT, and Finance teams to support system initiatives.

About You

The company is looking for:

• Commitment to a full-time internship program for 10-12 weeks during summer 2026.
• Minimum junior or senior college standing or recent Bachelor’s degree graduate, preferably in Operations, Business Management, Economics, or Supply Chain Management.
• Clear understanding of procure-to-pay process and related transactions.
• Familiarity with ERP and MRP systems such as Oracle, SAP, QAD, or similar manufacturing software; 10x uses Oracle for P2P management.
• Ability to interpret, model, and analyze data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

Preferred skills and experience include:

• Direct procurement or supply chain experience in life science, medical device, or biotechnology organizations.
• Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau) and Excel Macros.
• Experience working within cross-functional project teams with diverse stakeholders.

Compensation

• Pay range: $25 - $30 USD per hour.
