Process Excellence Associate Intern (Jun 2026)

Join Labcorp’s 2026 Global Internship Program as a Process Excellence Associate intern to improve organizational processes and gain hands-on experience in healthcare innovation.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Perform and identify process changes for opportunities
• Develop and document within the Process Excellence (PEX) systems in accordance with established procedures
• Support daily PEX activities, including coordination and execution of process optimization projects
• Provide support for process automation tools based on business needs
• Participate in all meetings to identify opportunities
• Collaborate with the Process Excellence team to improve efficiency, effectiveness, consistency, and customer focus

About You

The company is looking for:

• Currently working towards a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Statistics, Technology, or a related field
• Familiarity with or interest in process automation / RPA tools
• Some experience or exposure to data modeling and report design skills
• Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and internal/external colleagues
• Embraces diverse ways of thinking through collaboration and partnership
