Join ENERCON as a new graduate Power Delivery Engineer contributing to design, analysis, and inspection of critical energy infrastructure.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Contribute to design, analysis, and inspection of transmission lines, substations, and greenfield distribution projects
- Work within multidisciplinary teams supporting utilities, independent power producers, and industrial clients
- Apply industry tools, current codes, and standards in project work
- Collaborate with senior engineers for field data collection and project execution
- Engage in field work and site walkdowns, including climbing stairs and ladders
- Manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to new software systems
- Maintain a positive attitude towards learning, feedback, and professional growth
About You
The company is looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:
- Graduated or graduating with a bachelor’s or master’s degree from an ABET-accredited school in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or related disciplines
- Available to start between May 2026 and August 2026, with preference for May-June 2026 graduates
- Strong intellectual curiosity about modern energy systems
- Preferred coursework: Power Systems Engineering, Power Electronics, Power Systems Analysis & Control, Electric Power Quality
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in teams
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to climb stairs and ladders and navigate client sites
- Willingness and ability to work outdoors and travel for projects and meetings
- Completion of pre-interview assessments and submission of college transcript if under one year post-graduation
- Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings, background checks, and annual motor vehicle record checks
- Must be legally eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $71,000 to $85,000, based on role, level, experience, and location
