Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Engage in multidisciplinary teams working on transmission lines, substations, and distribution network projects.
- Learn and apply codes and standards for project design.
- Collaborate with senior engineers for field data collection and project execution.
- Adapt to new software systems and tools.
- Manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain organization and efficiency.
- Connect classroom knowledge with practical industry work.
- Ask questions and utilize available resources to support project success.
About You
The company is looking for:
- Graduates or soon-to-be graduates (Dec 2026–June 2027) with a bachelor’s or master’s degree from an ABET-accredited program in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Availability to start in May 2026.
- Intellectual curiosity about power delivery and its community impact.
- Strong foundation in core engineering concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
- Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
- Physical ability to climb stairs and ladders, navigate client sites, and work outdoors.
- Willingness and ability to travel for client and company projects or meetings.
- Completion of pre-interview assessments and submission of college transcripts if under one year post-graduation.
- Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug/alcohol screenings, background checks, and motor vehicle record checks.
- Legal eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship.
