Join Mastercard as a Platform Engineering Intern to manage technical assets across mainframe and other platforms, contributing to a sustainable global economy.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Inventory all physical assets across mainframe, AIX, and HP NonStop platforms
- Document hardware models, OS versions, and deployed software components
- Map asset deployment locations and configurations
- Build a dashboard to visualize compliance against supported software versions
- Reconcile software license inventory with deployed software across platforms
About You
The company is looking for:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program majoring in Computer Science or a related field with a graduation date of December 2026 or beyond
- Hands-on experience working in data, ideally within Excel
- Hands-on experience with Python
- Knowledge of building dashboards/data visualization tools (Domo, Power BI)
- Experience connecting with an API to source data
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills, ability and willingness to tackle complex problems
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship (F1 visa holders including CPT or OPT are not eligible)
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $23-28/hr
