Orange County (Irvine) Commercial Real Estate Investment Sales Intern - Summer (Jun 2026)

Marcus & Millichap offers a paid, eight-week internship for rising juniors and seniors to gain hands-on experience in commercial real estate investment sales and financing.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Participate in team projects, sales meetings, and the creation of contracts, Broker Opinion of Values (BOVs), and Offering Memorandums (OMs) in-office
• Attend workshops and exclusive Marcus & Millichap University classes covering financing, business development, underwriting, and more
• Network with senior brokers and capital markets professionals and build relationships through mentorship
• Engage in informative conversations with top agents to develop selling skills and learn how to create winning proposals

About You

The company is looking for:

• Rising college juniors or seniors
• Enrollment at an accredited university
• Pursuing a real estate minor or major or participating in a real estate club or boot camp
• No Visa sponsorship available at this time

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay ranging from $20 to $25, dependent on experience and education
