Your role

You'll work with:

BCG’s marketing team drives the firm’s reputation as a thought leader. They work to strengthen and protect BCG’s brand, advance their business agenda, and partner with management to engage with their key audiences through tools such as global thought-leadership publications, public relations, alumni outreach, recruitment marketing, and social media.

What you'll do:

You will support BCG U’s operations team in North America, including Business Development and GTM activities. You will keep the following set of activities (but not limited to):

  • Marketing campaign.
  • New brand suite development.
  • Client proposal and selling support, including slide writing.
  • Internal activation meetings in the US.
  • General operations.

You're good at:

  • Providing Project Management support on new project development: business case, functional analysis, development, and launch.
  • Maintaining and analyzing data related to existing digital projects.
  • Managing operational activities and analysis with an analytical and business-critical approach.
  • Supporting in preparing analysis and related reports and presentations for internal meetings with all-level stakeholders.
  • Having an interest in education/ upskilling topics.

About You

You bring (Experience & Qualifications):

  • Ongoing or completed educational path in Economics or Management Engineering.
  • Excellent level of written and spoken English.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • The analytical approach combined with a positive and cooperative attitude.
  • Good working knowledge of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Attitude to work both independently and together with wider teams.
  • Proactivity and entrepreneurial attitude.
  • Ability and interest to adapt and manage different tasks across teams and topics.
  • Must be able to work full-time (40 hours/week) throughout the minimum duration of the internship cycle (September-February) and be flexible to accommodate meetings in different time zones.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
