Your Role:
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating across Operations teams to evaluate and reengineer processes for greater operational efficiency.
- Partnering with business units and Technology to deliver exceptional service in trade capture, clearance and settlement, account opening, cash management, billing, tax reporting, and fraud monitoring.
- Working with Technology to design, manage, and implement business process changes to streamline operations and improve productivity.
- Identifying and mitigating operational risk while ensuring compliance with global regulatory requirements.
- Establishing and maintaining effective client relationships to deliver world-class operational services.
- Upon completion of training, being assigned to a team within Operations in accordance with business needs.
About You:
Candidates should demonstrate the following qualifications and skills:
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree and graduating between December 2025 and June 2026.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
- Attention to detail, sound judgment, and discretion with sensitive information.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills, able to handle multiple responsibilities and projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to streamline processes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to get the job done.
- Proactive, motivated, with poise and self-confidence.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Expected base pay rate of $55,000 per year at commencement of employment; actual base pay determined individually and may include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, and other short- and long-term incentive packages.
