Your Role:
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating across various teams within Operations to evaluate and reengineer processes for greater operational efficiency.
- Partnering with business units to deliver exceptional service in trade capture, clearance and settlement, account opening, cash management, billing, tax reporting, and fraud monitoring.
- Working with Technology to design, manage, and implement business process changes to streamline operations and optimize productivity.
- Identifying and mitigating operational risk while ensuring compliance with global regulatory requirements.
- Establishing and maintaining effective client relationships to deliver world-class operational services.
- Upon completion of training, analysts will be assigned to a team within Operations in accordance with business needs.
About You:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree and graduating between December 2025 and June 2026.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
- Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and discretion with sensitive information.
- Effective time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities and competing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to streamline processes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Positive, proactive attitude with motivation, poise, and self-confidence.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Expected base pay rate of $58,000 per year at commencement of employment; actual base pay determined individually.
- Total compensation package may include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
