Operations Analyst Intern (Start ASAP)

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Work on a fast-paced, dynamic, and intellectually challenging team
• Collaborate internally and externally with trading/financing desks, counterparties, exchanges, prime brokers, and custodians
• Assist in the lifecycle of a trade including clearance, settlements, and/or cash management
• Identify and implement technology and process-improvement opportunities
• Develop skills and solve complex business problems in the financial industry

About You

• A flexible, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach to problem-solving
• Exceptional communication skills
• Strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and high degree of integrity
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis; familiarity with basic programming is a plus
• Academic background and/or experience in operational or quantitative fields such as engineering, accounting, finance, economics, math, or related disciplines

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range: $2,200 to $2,300 per week
