Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Support high-impact business initiatives and contribute to meaningful projects aligned with business objectives and client outcomes
- Coordinate project materials and meetings to ensure seamless information flow across teams
- Conduct independent research to gather market intelligence, competitive analysis, and supporting documentation
- Engage in professional development through executive speaker series, training programs, and networking events
- Work alongside professionals across multiple departments to explore diverse career pathways and gain hands-on experience
- Build industry expertise and deepen knowledge of TIAA’s culture, values, and financial services position
- Perform underwriting and market research of potential real estate acquisitions using Argus and Excel
- Contribute to investment memorandum production
- Support due diligence and closing of acquisitions and dispositions with transactions officers
- Maintain and source information for the acquisitions pipeline
- Keep the Research Team updated on local market trends and maintain relevant databases
- Participate in industry events and research industry trends, competitors, and product characteristics
- Prepare detailed product presentations, proposals, and recommendations
- Respond to inquiries from external and internal business partners
- Ensure consistent presentation and positioning of investment stories across customer touch points
- Screen, evaluate, and assist in executing new product, business, M&A, and partnership opportunities aligned with NRE strategy
- Participate in pipeline discussions and teleconferences
- Develop and manage detailed project plans supporting product development and enhancement initiatives
About You
The company is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2028
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Skills in accountability, adaptability, business acumen, collaboration, communication, consultative communication, data analysis, influence, market/industry dynamics, problem solving, and relationship management
- Ability to perform sedentary work
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay range: $22.00/hr - $30.00/hr
