Contribute to Nuveen’s 10-week summer internship to gain hands-on experience across diverse financial services divisions and develop key professional skills.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Support high-impact business initiatives and contribute to projects that align with business objectives and client outcomes
  • Coordinate project materials and meetings to ensure smooth information flow across teams
  • Conduct independent research to gather market intelligence, competitive analysis, and supporting documentation
  • Engage in professional development through executive speaker series, training programs, and networking events
  • Work alongside professionals across multiple departments to explore diverse career pathways and gain hands-on experience
  • Build industry expertise and deepen knowledge of Nuveen’s culture, values, and financial services position
  • Participate in specialized business areas such as Client Portfolio Management, Global Strategy, Business Strategy and Specialist Relations, Equity or Fixed Income Research, and Private Placements

About You

The company is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree-seeking program
  • Expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2028
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Ability to perform sedentary work
  • Skills in accountability, adaptability, business acumen, collaboration, communication, consultative communication, data analysis, influence, market/industry dynamics, problem solving, and relationship management

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly pay range: $22.00 to $30.00
