New Home Consultant Trainee at Lennar: Operate Welcome Home Center, manage sales pipeline, and close new home sales.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Operating a Welcome Home Center under mentor guidance
  • Generating and maintaining a robust sales pipeline
  • Engaging with customers to process sale agreements and close new home sales
  • Establishing relationships with visitors to understand home buying needs
  • Self-generating sales leads through community engagement and realtor partnerships
  • Developing knowledge of the competitive market, including products and demographics
  • Providing consistent follow-through with customers from initial contact to post-closing
  • Participating in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing programs
  • Ensuring maintenance of Welcome Home Center models and inventory homes
  • Completing required training and participating in community events and phone banks

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree and real estate license preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use sales tracking tools
  • Self-motivation with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
