New graduate Civil/Structural Engineers will design and evaluate structural systems supporting power-generating facilities in a collaborative, innovative environment.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and evaluating structural systems for power-generating facilities, focusing on energy infrastructure and community resilience projects
- Collaborating with engineers from multiple disciplines including mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation
- Taking ownership of assignments and producing high-quality, code-compliant engineering documents
- Applying industry standards, especially those relevant to the nuclear sector
- Traveling to plant sites for field data collection, walkdowns, and client interactions
- Learning and applying codes and standards for project design
- Managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines efficiently
- Adapting to new software systems and incorporating feedback
About You
What you'll need:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an ABET-accredited school
- Graduation date between May and August 2026, preferably May-June 2026
- Preferred coursework in Steel, Concrete, and Structural Analysis
- Strong foundation in core engineering concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to climb stairs and ladders, conduct walkdowns, and work outdoors
- Willingness and ability to travel for client and company projects or meetings
- Completion of pre-interview assessments and submission of college transcript if under one year post-graduation
- Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug/alcohol screenings, background checks, and annual motor vehicle record checks
- Legal eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $71,000 to $85,000, based on role, level, experience, and location
