New Accounts Client Services Representative - Chicago (Start ASAP)

Join Interactive Brokers as a Client Services Representative supporting new account processing in a hybrid role in Chicago, IL.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Responding to client and sales inquiries about online account applications and documentation requirements
• Assisting processing teams with client outreach for account approval information
• Reviewing documentation related to new account applications
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support account approval and maintenance
• Identifying improvements in the online application and account opening process
• Cross-referencing databases and ensuring AML and KYC regulatory compliance before account opening
• Following regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Corresponding with clients, sales representatives, and internal client service teams

About You

The company is looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational, prioritization, critical thinking, and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Self-organized team player with exceptional attention to detail
• Multi-language fluency is a plus (Spanish, Russian, Hebrew, Arabic, Mandarin preferred)
• FINRA licensing preferred
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
