New Accounts Application Processing Analyst (Start ASAP)

Join Interactive Brokers as an Account Processing Analyst supporting new account processing in a hybrid role with a global financial leader.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Daily processing of institutional and retail client applications
• Review documentation related to new accounts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist with account approval and maintenance
• Cross-reference multiple databases ensuring AML and KYC regulatory compliance before account opening
• Follow regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures
• Correspond with clients, sales representatives, and Client Service representatives

About You

The company is looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree
• FINRA Series 7, 6, 63 registrations (IBKR will sponsor a FINRA license if job-related)
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including advanced Excel skills
• Ability to prioritize effectively and multitask
• Self-organized team player with excellent attention to detail
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision required
• Excellent verbal and written collaboration and communication skills
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
