Amazon seeks a Motion Design Intern to create motion graphics and cinemagraphs for marketing across multiple platforms in a full-time internship.
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Create motion graphics content for multiple platforms
- Support the team in prepping and adapting visual assets
- Assist in developing high-quality cinemagraphs
- Work with video content across various specifications
- Collaborate on audio integration and sound design
- Implement rendering optimization
- Maintain organized project files and workflows
- Participate in team creative reviews
About You
The company is looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:
- Work 40 hours/week minimum and commit to a 12-week internship minimum
- Currently enrolled in a relevant Master’s degree program (Motion Design, Digital Arts, or similar) with expected graduation between December 2026 and June 2028
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
- Strong understanding of motion design principles and cinemagraphs
- Demonstrated ability to adapt files across different specifications and formats
- Strong portfolio showcasing motion and design skills (portfolio link required in resume)
- Understanding of video codecs and rendering optimization
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of Cinema 4D
- Experience with audio integration and sound design
- Understanding of broadcast standards
- Previous internship or project experience
- Familiarity with current motion design trends
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay ranges from $58,968/year to $82,700/year depending on geographic market
- Compensation varies based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience

This internship provides exposure to industry-standard workflows and creative processes, offering practical experience and portfolio development under experienced designers.
