Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Work with a mentor to accomplish established goals supporting business and learning opportunities
- Complete technical assignments in Dimensional Controls & Metrology, Modeling and Simulation
- Gain hands-on experience in 3D Scanning, Polyworks analysis, Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T), and model-based definition
- Attend development and training sessions to enhance technical knowledge and professional skills
- Participate in networking and community volunteer projects
- Engage in optional social events such as lunches, weekend activities, sports, and cookouts
About You
What you'll need:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering Technology
- Graduation date of May 2026 or later
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (out of 4.0)
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
- Related coursework preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- 3D centric thinker with a maker mentality
- Desire and ability to learn
- Passion for engineering
