Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define mechanical requirements and specifications
- Assist in the design and development of mechanical systems, components, and assemblies
- Conduct analysis and simulations to ensure product performance and reliability
- Support the testing and validation of mechanical designs
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
About You
The company is looking for:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a bachelor's degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field from an accredited college or university
- Graduation between August 2025 and May 2026, with availability to begin full-time work between September 2025 and July 2026
- Degree obtained within 12 months of the date of hire
- U.S. Person status as defined by U.S. export control laws (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or protected status under asylum/refugee status)
- Authorization to work legally in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship requirements
- Motivated to drive improvements in a substantial environment
- Ability to clearly convey subtle or complex messages appropriate to the topic and audience
- Results-oriented, able to work with little supervision, and proactive in taking initiative
- Experience with Mathcad, Matlab, AutoCAD, Robotics, Project Management, or similar tools
- Experience with mechanical design projects or internships
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices
- Familiarity with product testing and validation processes
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual base salary range: $68,000 to $126,500, dependent on experience, education, skills, and business considerations
