Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Engage actively in tasks critical to project success, including learning and applying design codes and standards.
- Collaborate with senior engineers for field data collection and project support.
- Adapt to new software systems and connect classroom knowledge with practical industry work.
- Manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain organization and efficiency.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude towards learning and feedback.
About You
The company is looking for:
- Students graduating with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited school.
- Preferred graduation date between December 2026 and May 2027.
- Availability to start internship in May or June 2026.
- Preferred coursework: Thermodynamics, Fluid Mechanics, Heat Transfer, Material Science, and Statics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and strong writing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Physical ability to climb stairs and ladders, navigate client sites, and work outdoors.
- Willingness to travel for client and company projects or meetings.
- U.S. citizenship required for roles involving federal contracts.
- Completion of pre-interview assessments and submission of college transcript if under 1 year post-graduation.
- Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug/alcohol screenings, background checks, and motor vehicle record checks.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
