MBA Strategy Intern - Corporate Strategy (Jun 2026)

Join 3M as a 2026 MBA Strategy Intern to work on impactful corporate strategy projects and collaborate with global teams.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Engage in high-impact projects addressing real-world business challenges, providing a consulting-like experience
• Drive results and execute strategies aligned with business objectives
• Support the annual strategic planning process with business groups and corporate functions
• Create presentations and reports with strategic insights for senior leadership
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks across industries and geographies
• Perform competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making
• Assist with content creation and logistics for executive-level meetings and conferences
• Collaborate with 3M’s Corporate Strategy team on global initiatives for growth and innovation

About You

The company is looking for:

• Currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree or higher from an accredited institution
• Completed at least one semester by the start of the internship
• Previously obtained a Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution
• Current cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale
• Completion of two required classes in the major, minor, or concentration
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for employment visa status
